The Ischgl UCI Stage Race S2 Cycling Race

This stage race started with a night-time hill race on Thursday. A 7.4 km distance and 900 meters of elevation! A special atmosphere was to be found on this floodlit route after sunset. The popular Ischgl Short Track followed in the evening, a short but very intense half an hour in the hills. The third stage of the Ischgl "Hard" Marathon was 76 km long with 3,700 meters of altitude and two ascents over 2,700 meters. I ended 29th and 31st overall in the marathon. It was a tough and beautiful race on the Austro-Swiss border.
